What is the consultation process?

Simply contact us via email with a little bit of information about what your requirements are and we will set up a phone consultation to chat to you in more depth and either send you a proposal via email based on our conversation or if you prefer we can arrange an in person consultation to meet with you and discuss your business and brand needs. We do not charge for this initial consultation.

Do we need to have all our design requirements up front?

The more information the better but if all you have is an idea and would like to go through this verbally, this is absolutely fine with us and we can help give a format to your design or development specifications.

Do you work on evenings and weekends?

Yes, we have a dedicated Team of evening and weekend designers and developers who are at the ready to go through your design briefs or indeed work as required at short notice. Please email us anytime and allow us 30 minutes - 2 hrs to get back to you with a time to schedule a call.

Can we meet the team in person?

Absolutely - please email us with your requirements or a request for a call and we can invite you to our London office or come to you if you would like to meet us in person. 

Do you do contract work in-house? Can you come to our offices?

We can discuss a number of longer terms services, including a dedicated Native Designer to integrate with your team in your own offices. It will depend upon your location and requirements, but please do email to enquire into this possibility.
